Starkweather Grist Mill*

Updated August 2012 | By Matthew Christopher

The Starkweather Grist Mill* was originally built in 1859 and later owned and operated by the Farm Administration until the 1980s. While there is a newer addition to the building, much of the original character of the interior remains. The owner, a descendent of the original founders, has listed the property for sale.

Please note that the true name of this location has not been disclosed to prevent theft, vandalism, and arson. Abandoned buildings are vulnerable and I do not want my work contributing to their decline.
